We are ready to kick off the 12th edition of our festival, continuing with the same passion and dedication that has driven us through these extraordinary years.
“See the Sounds, Listen to the Images” remains our mantra, encapsulating the essence of a one-of-a-kind event.
Over the past 12 years, we have transformed the cultural landscape of the city, bringing experimental and innovative live audiovisual performances from the heart of Rome to international attention, often as world premieres. We have built a vibrant community, promoting values of participation, sharing, and interaction among emerging and established artists, both local and international, in a melting pot of creativity and talent.
Since our inception, we have hosted over 100 artists from more than 4 continents, many of whom have gone on to conquer the global stage, inspiring other festivals around the world.
This year, we celebrate the 12th edition with a line-up designed to amaze and take you on an immersive journey into the world of real-time audiovisual performances.
Live Cinema Festival reserves a dedicated space for emerging audiovisual projects, hosting a special section aimed at Italian artists, Live Cinema Made in Italy.
Registrations are now open to participate live with max 40 minute performance on September 19 at Circolo degli Illuminati.
The artistic direction of LCF will select 2 performances to be part of the program alongside internationally renowned artists!

The Live Cinema Festival is produced and organized in collaboration with international partners, and it features premieres and satellite events dedicated to live video that will reach cities around the globe.
On September 18, 19 and 20 at the Circolo degli Illuminati, in collaboration with ICIAP – 23rd International Conference on Image Analysis and Processing (AI), the best international artists await you, ready to amaze with unique and never-before-seen performances. An event of pure avant-garde, where sound and image come alive in an engaging and unrepeatable experience.
