Mr Everett is a non-character, a collective identity born by the union of three animals and a cyborg: Rupert.
Rupert comes from an unclear universe, an imaginary horizon at the confine between reality and comic.
The project, hybrid by vocation, carries on its original storytelling of Rupert’s journey on earth, "escorted" and sometimes frightened by Mr. Fox’s and Mr. Bear’s sounds, his animal-like counterparts. Mr. Owl is Rupert’s human voice, his real counterpart in flesh and bones, his double / doppelganger with which he constantly has conversations.
Mr Everett is the product of the minds of four boys based in Bologna: the project was born from the precise intention of bringing performance in club electronics by embellishing everything with sophisticated pop shades.
Alèfe is the solo music project by Alessio Festuccia, class-92 from Rieti, Italia.
The idea takes shape in Amsterdam in 2013 and then develops in Bologna, the current venue of the musician. His world of sound is composed by organic elements often stolen from nature and replayed in the form of dark beats that engage in environmental atmospheres with strong British influences.
Rhodes vintage plans and voice sample are his trademark. He does not disdain and, rather, strike the eye at the latest California experimental hip hop, his sound has often been associated with that of his spiritual masters: Flying Lotus, Andy Stott, Burial, Mount Kimbie.
